 Welcome to the Illahee Bakery! Here you will find a world of sweet delights that will satisfy all who pass through our doors. We are well known throughout the Umpqua Valley, and Southwestern Oregon for our towering, luscious four-layer cakes, creamy cheesecakes, pies, cookies, chocolate dipped macaroons, fudgy brownies, and various pastries! The ultimate afternoon snack after a hike at one of the numerous waterfalls in the area or a nice afternoon drive is a piece of our Marionberry pie, warmed and topped with two scoops of vanilla ice cream, the perfect dessert to share. Everything you see is baked in-house at the Illahee Bakery and early in the morning when Nicolette our baker is baking her fruit pies or some rich decadent chocolate cake the fragrant aromas of homemade baked goods will have you abandoning all good intentions and ordering your favorite pie for breakfast. Or take a piece home after a satisfying meal from our menu for enjoying in the evening. |

enjoying in the evening. All of our baked goods are for sale by the slice, or you can purchase a whole pie from the variety that we have on hand. We do special orders which include all of our baked goods from cookies and pastries to two and four-layer versions of all of our cakes and sheet cakes. We do complete dessert trays which can include our standard items or a variety of specialty pastries and finger foods.
